All orders will be processed only upon hotel’s confirmation with client.
Items ordered, schedule of delivery or pickup, and pre-payment are required for orders to be confirmed.
Pre-payments may be made via online back transfer or online credit card transactions.
Hotel will inform client of the total amount of orders and payment options. Client must submit to the hotel the proof of payment at least a day prior to delivery date.
Cut-off for pre-payment settlement is at 5PM. No pre-payment means cancellation of orders.
All paid orders are confirmed and are non-refundable should the guest decide to cancel later on.
Orders are available for pick-up and delivery daily from 8AM to 6PM.
